Policies:
Self Pick up
An agent will contact you prior to your event to confirm your pick up date, time and location.
Self Drop Off
Equipment has to be dropped off on your scheduled return date, time and location as specified in your contract. If you're not able to drop off on time an additional late fee of $75 will be charged for each day the equipment is not returned. All damage waiver fees will be refunded upon receipt of returned equipment in good condition.
Delivery/Pick Up
An agent will contact you a week in advance to arrange delivery/pick up time and location. Delivery can be anywhere from 1-3 days before the event depending on size and type of event. If the delivery location has certain time constraints than we are more than willing to work within them for most instances.
NOTE: Please have a clear indication of where you want items delivered at location to avoid delaying the driver.
-If delivery involves more than a few stiars than an additional cost will added to your invoice.
i.e. walking up 2 flights of stairs or elevator is not big enough to accommodate equipment.
-Set up/break down is not part of the delivery. It's the sole responsibility of the client. *Please inquire if you would like set up/break down service for an additional fee.
-Driver will not clear or move ANY items while making delivery.
i.e. moving furniture.
-If you take more than 5 min to move/clear space a fee of $1 per min will be charged after the first 5 min.
Deposit/Outstanding Balance
A 50% deposit of your total balance is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to the time of pick up or delivery.
Damage Waiver Fee
A $250 damage waiver fee will be charged to your credit/debit card while equipment is rented. Fee will be refunded upon return of euipment in good condition.
Cancellation
-Prior to 5 days of rental date - 50% refund issued
-Within 48 hrs of rental - NO REFUND but can reschedule date once at no cost.
-NO REFUNDS for rentals of - tent sides, heaters, fans, portable bathrooms

Refunds are issued within 3 - 5 business days of cancellation and/or rental return in good condition. Credit cards can take from 7-10 business dats to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
